Hosted Desktops remove the need to have in house servers, alll you need is a basis laptop/PC and an internet connection.
We host all of your emails, data, and software in our data centre and you connect remotely wherever you are. The WorkPlaceLive Hosted desktop overlays your computer screen and you work and share data, calendar and contacts with your team. Support for the service is included as are MS Office, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam and full daily backups.
You can also add additional services like Blackberry Support, VOIP (Voice over IP), SQL databases or your own software like Sage Accounts.
All this is charged at a low monthly amount per user.
You can add or remove users as and when needed so you can adapt as your organisation changes. It also makes it easy for your business to move, as you can work anywhere with just an internet connection and some wireless equipment.
