A FREEMIUM PSA Tool, Shockey Monkey was launched during CompTIA's Breakaway event (13/08/2010) by CEO Vlad Mazek.
Vlad in a number of press releases and interviews since the launch that the product is a starting point for MSPs considering using a PSA tool and find the other mature PSA tools too much for their needs - there is also an easy export option for when the time comes to grow out of Shockey Monkey.
The organisation has provided a nice video which explains what the new free PSA tool does - worth a watch but it is 67 mins long!
